A PhD student in IST and research assistant in the Enterprise Informatics and Integration Center, Phillip's research interests revolve around creativity and innovation in areas of team/organization design, computer-supported cooperative work, and sociotechnical systems design. Phillip holds a BS in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State.

Originally from North Carolina, he holds a BS in Computer Science from NC State University and an MS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State.

Kristin has been studying management, directly and indirectly, while working in the private sector and in graduate school for years now and love it and all its foibles! Her practical background is in human resources and consulting, though her studies have focused on management and organizational behavior and theory. Kristin am actively working on multiple papers that have received resubmit requests for, as well as her dissertation.

An experienced IT consultant currently pursuing a PhD in IST, Patricia is a research assistant studying teams, particularly collaborative information seeking and collaborative support for teams. A native of Missouri, Patricia holds a BS in Engineering Management and an MS in Information Science & Technology from the University of Missouri – Rolla (Go Miners!)

Bernie is a second year Master's student studying Human Computer Interaction, specifically End-User Web Development. Outside of graduate school, he supervises Penn State's IT help desk. Bernie also has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State but thinks it is not nearly as fun as HCI.
